You will appreciate this pretty independent house opposite that of the owners. On the ground floor (4 steps), you will enter the hall which leads to the large living room consisting of a small kitchen (oven/microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, etc.), a living room with large sofa, TV, internet and a dining area. You will have a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and separate WC with a hand basin. Upstairs, you will enjoy 2 bedrooms with 1 140x190 bed in each and an attic bathroom with WC. Terrace in front and behind the gîte with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Swimming pool shared with the owners and a mobile home, size 9mx4m, depth of 1.20m to 1.75m, chlorine, secured by a bar cover and the fence (surroundings currently being developed) open from June to the end of September. Parking on site. Shared laundry room with the owners, access from the outside (washing machine and dryer). Baby equipment: bed and high chair. A house surrounded by nature! 7 hectares of park around the gîte, absolute calm.... Fishing on site possible with no kill 20 m in front of the gîte, small private pond (Carp...). Cat, horses on site for the greatest pleasure of vacationers. You will be between Aquitaine and Limousin, Dordogne and Haute-Vienne, so you will be spoiled for choice for your tours and walks. Many Terra Aventura courses near the lodge.
