Summary: Love the location and the house layout. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and even has a good assortment of spices. Common area is well furnished and comfortable to be in. Some games are available to play as well. It is conveniently located to the beach and some restaurants and shopping areas. The house does have a booster seat for toddlers and a pack-n-play crib, but does lack some basic child-proofing equipment, specifically a baby gate to keep toddlers either upstairs or downstairs so bring your own. All of the doors use levers to open, including the front door, so an adventurous toddler will go on adventures.
