Positive: The location was excellent. We had to pick up the keys from a Convenience store which was a 7 minute walk away. And return them on leaving (the store was closed) to a lock box.

Negative: Full sized towels rather than small bath towels; a wash cloth for 2 guests, not just 1 to share; the right pods in the room for the coffee maker (had to ask); no bin liner in bin (had to ask); no dishwasher tablets; no clothes washing soap; bent and broken hangers in closet; shower leaked excessively on to the bath mat leaving it soaked each time shower was used; random clutter in some drawers; dryer did not work at first as both lint filter and water drawer were completely full; spare blankets. Everything was supplied on the absolute minimal side.

Summary: Good location. Facility needs some more thought for hosting.
