This cozy double master suite basement apartment has everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. You have access to the downstairs unit and the shared laundry room. The downstairs backyard area is a shared space with the upstairs guest and the upstairs deck is only for the upstairs guest use. Parking is on the left side of the driveway the right side is for the upstairs guest. There is street parking available if need be.
