You are minutes away from attractions such as Mall of America, US Bank Stadium, Minnehaha Falls, Stone Arch Bridge, MSP airport, sculpture park and many other attractions.

This is a 3 bedroom- 5 beds, 1 bath, family duplex that has been renovated. This modern home sleeps 9 people.

Bedroom 3- Bunk Beds with full on lower level and twin on top and another full bed in same room as well.
Living Room downstairs- Sectional couch
Living Room upstairs- Couch and Loveseat
Home has 2 living rooms with 65" Smart TVs. Has great WiFi to get you connected to your favorite apps on the TV. Downstairs living room has a foosball table and also an air hockey table to compete with your family and friends. There is a variety of board games, dominoes, and also playing cards.
Kitchen is fully stocked and a bin for you to recycle as well.
This home is professionally cleaned and well maintained. No parties or events in his home. No smoking inside. Pet free zone. The other side of duplex is long term tenant.
This home is 10 minutes away from so many attractions in the area.
Side door will be the door used to get into the home as front door is shared entry and will not be used.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole right-side duplex (except for one closet that is locked for cleaning and restocking purposes)
There will be a bottle of wine for you to enjoy if you would like. We also have a Keurig with a variety of K-Cups for you to dive into as well during your stay. Each bed will have a travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap as well if you would like to access.
Other things to note
There is a washer and dryer downstairs for you to be able to use that has laundry soap and Bounce sheets.
We have a camera outside of side door with motion activated light for security during your stay.
