Our 4,000 sq ft home is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, providing a fun-filled waterfront vacation for your group. Lake Norman is one of our family's favorite places to relax and reconnect, and I'm sure you'll create wonderful memories here too.

OUTSIDE AREAS:
Our large, private cove is perfect for swimming and fishing, with very little boat traffic.
'You'll have peaceful waters for kayaks and SUPs, while still being minutes away from big water and the main lake.
Enjoy access to the water via dock stairs, and make use of our four kayaks, four paddle boards, and life vests. You can also rent a boat and have it delivered to our deep-water dock or bring your own and launch from the nearby public boat launch. Local marinas and dock-and-dine restaurants are just around the corner, though still out of sight.
Spend your evenings around the smokeless firepit or unwind in our 6-person hot tub with multiple jet settings and LED mood lights. Our covered deck and patio areas offer multiple spots to enjoy the outdoors regardless of the weather, and you can cast your favorite music to the outdoor Bluetooth speakers.

COMMON HOUSE AREAS:
Inside, the large ground-floor family room is designed to entertain everyone. Play air hockey, foosball, or travel back to the 1980's and 1990's with our vintage arcade featuring 32 popular games. The 75” TV is perfect for big games or family movies with in-ceiling Bluetooth speakers available for your enjoyment.
Upstairs, almost every room has incredible views of the lake. The open-concept living room connects to the kitchen and the covered deck spaces, offering a second 75” TV for your viewing pleasure.

TELEVISIONS:
All seven TVs are Roku Smart TVs set up in guest mode. You can log into your own accounts and enjoy your favorite shows while ensuring that your accounts are automatically erased upon checkout. All Roku TVs support Apple AirPlay and the two 75" TVs (Living Room and Basement) also support Chromecast.
KITCHEN/HOUSE BASICS PROVIDED:
Our fully stocked kitchen and gas grill make meal preparation simple. We provide all household basics, including spices, olive oil, coffee filters, K-cups, tea, sugar, creamer, paper towels, napkins, baggies, saran wrap, aluminum foil, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, grill propane, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.
Small appliances include a Keurig (with iced and hot coffee options), a 12 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, slow cooker, Instapot, rice maker, waffle iron, hand mixer, toaster, blender, ice cream maker and mini food processor. We also have a selection of cookware, bakeware, kitchen utensils, Tupperware, and serving dishes.

Our home features five bedrooms:
Main Floor: King, Queen, Queen
Second Floor: King, 6 Twins (bunk beds)
Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable mattresses, high quality linens, a variety of pillows, blackout curtains, mirrors, adjustable speed ceiling fans, and Roku Smart TVs with inductive cell phone chargers.
The Primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a free-standing soaking tub. The two other main-floor queen bedrooms share a common bathroom, while the ground-level king-size bedroom has a bathroom immediately outside the door.
SHOWERS:
All showers have spa-like dual shower heads with rainfall and massage settings. We provide luxury shampoo, conditioner, and body wash made with premium ingredients and purified water. Plush towels, hairdryers, and kid-friendly step stools are also available.
KID SUITE:

The separate kid suite features six bunk beds and a TV room designed for video gaming. You bring your favorite gaming console, and we'll provide the 55" TV and a cool atmosphere with adjustable LED lighting. There's even a beanbag chair that converts to a full-size mattress for additional sleeping space.
INFANT/TODDLERS:
We have provided a highchair, a pac and play, sheets, and plastic cups, plates, bowls and toddler utensils for your convenience.
OFFICE:
Need to work? Our comfortable office is complete with monitor, mouse, keyboard and laptop stand. Close the French doors for privacy and get your work done efficiently.
PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Coffee: Enjoy your coffee on our covered deck anytime of the day and use our solar blinds to block out the sun.
-Pie: Visit the Carolina Pie Company for the most delicious fruit, cream or rich and gooey pies. Our favorite is the bumbleberry!
- Fresh Produce: Check out Josh's Farmers Market for fresh produce, seafood from the OBX, baked goods, and dairy.
- Activities: Rent a boat and explore Lake Norman, or visit Mountain Creek Park for mountain biking. The Raptor Center and Zootastic Park are great for kids.

- No Parties: We love a good time, but let's keep it neighbor-friendly.
- No Pets; Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets.
-Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am.
- Host fee includes a damage insurance policy premium and a cleaning fee. The fees are automatically be added to your booking.
SECURITY:
Three outdoor cameras ensure your safety and peace of mind. They are located at the front door, far side of the yard away from the guest areas, and the driveway.
WILDLIFE:
Being by the lake means you might see some local wildlife. We do regular pest control, but Mother Nature is always around.
