The Space:
Our apartment is furnished with everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Kansas City! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! One thing to note: we know you'll love the balcony in our apartment but, unfortunately, the many birds in the area love it too! We do our very best to keep it clean but sometimes there may be evidence of our winged visitors.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths. There is no parking included with this stay. Street parking available at owner's own expense. There are also paid parking lots/garages in the area but we cannot guarantee proximity, pricing, or availability. We suggest using the ParkMobile app to search for any available parking options.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log-in and enjoy!
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Located just south of the Missouri River lies the historic River Market neighborhood of Kansas City. There are plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options within walking distance. There will be no trouble finding options to keep you busy! Visit The City Market, or learn a part of history at the Arabia Steamboat Museum. Also, one of the largest farmers markets in the region is right around the corner. Need transportation? The KC street car can get you around town for FREE!
Getting Around:
Getting around Kansas City is a breeze with the many means of transportation. No wheels? No problem! Uber and Lyft are very active in the area and easily accessible. While walking is always an option, the KC Streetcar can get you around town for free! You will also have close access to I-70, I-35, and I-670 for travel.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
