The Space:
This apartment has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Indianapolis! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi!
A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. While there is no parking included with this stay, there is metered street parking nearby at additional cost to you.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log in and enjoy!
The gym is available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if this amenity is not available; whether for routine maintenance or any other issue. Abusing this privilege may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Our luxurious suite is located in the Cole-Noble District of Indianapolis. The suite is situated close to I-65, I-70, and I-465, keeping you close to all there is to love about downtown Indianapolis. From world-class entertainment and sports to shopping, dining and recreation, you'll find something that piques your interest. There are many things to do in Downtown: Mile Square is a busy urban core with the grand Indiana State House at its center. Office towers surround Monument Circle, and the imposing War Memorial presides over several ceremonial lawns. Fans pack Old National Centre for live music or Bankers Life Arena for basketball. Museums include the Eiteljorg, showing Native American art. Indianapolis offers a multitude of shopping options, from downtown's Circle Centre mall to neighborhood boutiques and everything in-between. Some local favorites include The Fashion Mall, Keystone at the Crossing, Clay Terrace, Fountain Square, Mass Ave, and Castleton Square Mall. Getting Around:
Indianapolis is an extremely walkable city, making it easy to take in the sights by foot or bike. IndyGo provides bus service with over 30 fixed routes from their downtown transportation hub. The new Red Line is the city's first bus transit line with electric buses, platform level boarding, and high frequency service to 13 miles stretching from Broad Ripple in the north, through the heart of Indy's convention district, to the University of Indianapolis in the south. Indianapolis was named one of the best cities to see from a bicycle, thanks to the city’s flat landscape, innovative Indianapolis Cultural Trail, and abundance of bike paths. There is also Pacers Bike Share Program. These are available at two convenient rental locations. Indy is also proclaimed as one of the most walkable downtowns in the country. On foot, visitors can reach hundreds of restaurants and attractions around the city. An expansive network of climate-controlled skywalks connecting 4,700 hotel rooms to the convention center, Lucas Oil Stadium, a four-story mall, and restaurants keep it walkable in all weather.
