Books, games, puzzles, videos, ceiling fans. Hand mixer, blender, toaster, two toaster ovens and a crock pot. Covered porch, deck on front and back providing fantastic ocean views and waterway views. Direct beach access across the street with ramps for wheelchairs, outdoor shower. Nightly rentals available off season only with a three-night minimum.
Please Note: While this was formerly a six bedroom property, beginning in 2024, this unit will only be available as an upstairs duplex with four bedrooms and two baths. The downstairs portion will no longer be available for short term rentals.
