House Rules
-Guests must bring their own wood for the firepit.
-Guests may use the refrigerator on the screened-in porch for storing bait and fresh catches. Please refrain from using the kitchen's refrigerator for these purposes.
-When the trash is taken out, please ensure that the latch is closed tightly and properly, and place the lids over them to help prevent critters from coming around.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are two cameras, one located on the back of the home and one next to the front door.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
