Need plenty of space for the family? This beachfront single-family home is the perfect vacation getaway. The Seahorse cottage at Vaughan Cottages is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a smaller 2 bedroom cottage on the property that is occasionally in use, there is a raised deck for their use next to the big house's deck. The Seahorse has an amazing large new deck beachside with a covered pavilion that has ceiling fans for added comfort. The beautiful new deck furniture makes your days at the beach comfortable and enjoyable. The house has a fully appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar and french doors to the back deck. The kitchen is open to the dining area which has a ceiling fan and the second set of french doors leading outside. There is a large dining table inside for the perfect meal or family game night and another large table for outside dining too. The split floor plan has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the kitchen/dining room (West) side of the house and another two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side of the living room (East side). Each bedroom has a Roku Smart TV. The living room has a large sectional sofa sleeper and large Roku Smart TV with cable and BlueRay/DVD player. There is a full-size, front-loading washer, and dryer along with a wet bar and a second refrigerator, perfect for extra drinks and snacks. There are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower on the East end of the house. On the West side of the house is the 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed and TV. There are two more bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step-in shower just outside the door of bedroom 3. The 4th bedroom, with a Trundle bed (2 Twins) is a walkthrough to get from kitchen/dining to living area with a walk-through closet that is full of games and movies for the family. The house sleeps 10 and is perfect for large families or multi-family vacations. This house is perfectly located where the fun is, truly in the heart of what is now downtown Indian Rocks Beach. Catch a ride from Tampa or St. Pete/Clearwater Airports. No need for a car, everything is within walking distance including our beach trolley. Many of Indian Rocks Beach's best restaurants are located within two blocks. This is a non-smoking property in its entirety. NO Events Permitted.
