Each main floor bedroom has an air conditioning unit and a queen bed with attached bath (one full bath, and the other a ¾ bath). The main floor also has a powder room and laundry area. Upstairs is a large open family room with TV, a king bedroom with shared attached bath, and the fourth bedroom with two full beds. The upstairs is rounded off with a library with two cozy reading nooks. The basement is a walk-out, and has a third open area with lockers, seating, and easy access to the back yard and ocean.
