Step onto this gated lakefront lodge-style home situated on 4.2 acres of private property and equipped with all the modern conveniences. Leave your worries behind as you step into this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath cabin. Here you will enjoy the sounds of nature and indulge in the peace and quiet away from city life. Pictures don't do the lodge justice.... You need to experience it for yourself!

The Space:
Pulling into the gates, you will find the driveway leading to the Lodge, which will be on the right and the small lake on the left. You will enter the house through the front door, and park in the circular driveway. Once inside, the first floor has a bright and open kitchen, large formal dining room, laundry room, bedroom, and bathroom. Going upstairs, you will find an open loft area used as an office space, as well as the large bedroom with attached bath and walk in closet.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home beside the garage and additional apartment area.
The grill is available so please enjoy grilling something up.
There is one cat who lives on the property, but you will probably rarely see her.
Please park anywhere in the circular driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood and the property is large with a private entrance. Located less than 5 minutes from HWY 90, and 15 minutes away from Pensacola,
FL. Lots of surrounding restaurants and convenience stores within a 5-10 minute range.

Interaction with Guests:
I live relatively close and sometimes stop by to work in the garage. I will notify guests of when I’ll be stopping by and can provide communication/assistance as much or as little as needed.
