Fully furnished, clean and bright 1650 sg sf home is located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. Each room will be ready for you with clean fresh linens and its own cable TV and WiFi throughout the home. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided for a day at the beach.
The Master suite has a master bathroom with a Spa like feel complete with a large soaker tub. The guest bath has a large walk in shower. A second shower is outback for enjoying your mornings in the greater outdoors and morning sunshine. Find your happy place for coffee on the patio or by the bay window in the kitchen. Enjoy dinner here or at the dining room table with seating for 6.
With tile floors throughout this home it is a stress free, perfect fit for kids and adult alike. Enjoy everything that Daytona Beach has to offer then return home and relax in the outdoor shower and enjoy a tasty meal prepared on the patio grill or dine out at The Pavilion of Port Orange. The garage will accommodate 1 parked vehicle, and the driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles, boats and 1 ONLY bike trailer. The trailer must fit onto the driveway. Space available is 30'. Trailer and trailer tongue must fit onto the 30' driveway. It not be parked in the street or on the grass.
