Positive: The location was great. Close to downtown and the neighborhood we were in had great restaurants and bars. Felt safe and was family friendly.

Negative: Not like the pictures. Not clean. Different furniture. The place felt like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. The bedroom walls had marks all over them. Some of the pillowcases and living room blanket were stained. The bathroom had a dirty floor, mold in the shower, and a maggot fell on my son's leg when he was using the toilet. The floors were sticky. The coffee pot was full of soap. The couch was covered in stains. The walls were dirty. The smoke alarm didn't have batteries and beeped all night. It stopped after we were directed to put in batteries. The kitchen was missing sets of utensils and basic supplies like paper towels and laundry soap. There were also several things that were broken including the coffee table in the living room, the bed frame in one of the bedrooms, the handle to the bathroom, and the toilet seat seemed unsteady. Separately but important, our car got towed the first night since it wasn't clear that parking on Division, the main street, wasn't allowed due to winter hours. It would have been easy enough to put this in the parking instructions since the signs were hard to locate.
