The sunny, well-kept 200 square metre roof terrace with many roses, lemon and orange trees, bougainvillea and fragrant lavender plants has a magnificent 360 degree view over Rome. Satellite TV with many German, Italian and English channels, free WLAN, washing machine, brand new dishwasher with special hygiene programme. Some US sockets are available.

Three metro stops to St Peter's Basilica, three to Termini Central Station, 15 minutes on foot to the Colosseum. Good connections to Ciampino and Fiumicino airports. Bikes for hire, taxi rank next door. Nice cafés and restaurants in historic squares and in front of sights. Mostly nice weather, with few rainy days. Christmas and New Year's Eve are very varied in Rome. Big sales, high discounts even in luxury boutiques, from around 10 July and 7 January for several weeks.
