The neighborhood has miles of paved walking and biking trails throughout, which connect to the Flagstaff Urban Trails System, and there is a large grassy park and children's playground a short walk down the street from the home. This is a perfect place from which to launch to these popular regional spots: Snowbowl Ski Resort (30 minutes), Bearizona Wildlife Park (30 minutes), The North Pole Experience (8 minutes), The Polar Express Train Ride (30 minutes), Sedona (45 minutes), Slide Rock State Park (45 minutes), Grand Canyon South Rim (90 minutes), Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend (120 minutes).
