The Space:
The entrance opens on the wide bright living room, finely furnished and to the landing space which leads to the bedrooms, all with big windows for direct access to the equipped, lovely balcony.
The balcony itself is the real best part of the apartment: spacious and livable, with motorized awning for al fresco dinner or a breakfast in the shade and outdoor furniture.
The wide bright apartment features two bedrooms: the modern and fully naturally lit master bedroom and a double one. The third room features a desk and a single sofa armchair.

The Neighborhood:
Bocca di Magra is easily reachable through a pleasant walk along the main panoramic street or in a few minutes by car. It is a lovely village along the Magra river outlet; the sea promenade is lined with restaurants and bars. There is a tiny free access beach and all the amenities (bank, post office, supermarket and local shops).
The very famous Cinque Terre are very easy to reach: go to Lerici the and catch a boat that connects Lerici to Portovenere where you can start the daily hop-on hop-off to the five towns.

Beyond the river, towards the Tuscany border, the long sandy coastline goes from Fiumaretta to Marinella and is plenty of beach resorts.
