Well appointed raised ranch in Mettatuxet, a quiet neighborhood in the North End of Narragansett. Features include two large living rooms, one on each level. modern, beachy decor and a ductless mini split in the upper living room a/c. The upper level features three bedrooms, two with queen sized beds and one with a double/full sized bed. There is also a full bathroom accessible from the hallway with a beautiful new tiled shower. The kitchen, dining room and living area are also on this level. Sliding doors from the dining room offer access to the deck and large fenced in yard. The deck is perfect for grilling after a day at the beach. The home is pet friendly in the summer.
The lower level features two large bedrooms with queen sized beds and a second living room/den with flat screen television. The full bathroom on this level has a stand up shower and is adjacent to the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
Please note during the summer season, late June - Labor Day, this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
