Positive: Loved a lot about the fitler club. Location next to the train station was easy for UK travellers and it’s easy to access the city from too. Clean and modern. A very unique place. It is more of a wellness club than hotel with only 14 rooms. We stayed for the football / soccer game and I forgot my t shirt at home for the following days travel - I was very kindly given a fitler club t shirt from Breanna for our trip back to NYC. Thats true customer service (on the day of the stay). Felt safe and a nice place to stay overall.
Negative: Be careful of the holds they put on your card / cards. It was due to be $250 hold but we had over $1500 held at one point for no reason at all. This was frustrating and I couldn’t get a reply via messenger / booking.com for a while regarding this but Breanna was very helpful in trying to resolve it once she found out. Thank you again to Bre.
Summary: Very nice place. Highly recommended, clean and modern please just be careful of bank holds on your funds.
