Pirate Harbor is truly the hidden waterfront community that allows nearly instant access to Charlotte Harbor and only about a 20 minute boat ride to Boca Grande and the Gulf of Mexico. If you love fishing, its only about a 5-7 minute boat ride to some of the best award winning and tournament fishing spots in Florida. Pirate Harbor is a laid back community with a Key West style vibe consisting of homes on saltwater-sailboat canals with immediate access to Charlotte Harbor. Ice machine is on the property for your convenience. The home sits on one lot and the connecting adjacent lot has its own private boat ramp available for launching your boat by requests ONLY. The garage has been converted into an extra sitting room. 3 bedrooms with a split plan and pocket door to separate the two guest bedrooms from living area. Master bedroom has a large closet and king bed. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. In-ground pool off the main living area. Sit under a tiki hut and enjoy the outdoor Florida living!
