This 3 bedroom, 2 bath canal front home provides everything you and your family need to have a vacation you won't forget. Reel Fun Cottage is also dog friendly (2 Dogs)!
Ground Level: The ground level provides a garage with plenty of storage for your water sports gear or bicycles. The laundry room is also located on this level. Exterior Amenities include an outdoor shower, a private canal-front dock with a fish cleaning station, a private driveway that accommodates 2 vehicles, and a grill.
Single Level: As you enter the home, you are greeted by the open floor plan beaming with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen opens into the dining area with seating for 6; both provide relaxing views overlooking the canal. The living area is furnished with couches, coastal décor, cable TV, and a gas fireplace. Make your way down the hallway to find 3 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin over Full). Bedroom #2 is furnished with a Bunk Bed (2 Twins) and a Queen Bed. Both bedrooms share the full bath located off the hallway. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a King Bed, cable TV, and an ensuite full bath with a shower.
Extras: 2 flat screen cable TVs, WiFi, Keurig, grill, 4 kayaks, deck furniture, covered deck, fish cleaning table, linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Dog Friendly. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
