Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Welcome to Denver, NC (Denver of the East). This is a great home for those that need an affordable way to visit family or who want to vacation at Lake Norman without the on-water prices. Boat Launch is two minutes away with a large driveway to hold boats, cars and trucks. Large driveway for multiple cars or to store boats. Explore everything on Lake Norman or head over to Charlotte for the day. The house is on a fairly busy road.
This private, one-story 3 bedroom/1 bathroom home is your central location to all things Lake Norman. The house sits on a busy road between hwy 16 and hwy 150. The entire house can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Read more about each space and included amenities below:

Please note: The storage buildings are used by the owner for storage. The property operates off of well water.

We are local in the area.
No HOA - House is on Campground Rd. a busy road and is not in a neighborhood.
There is a large parking area that can hold 3 trucks and trailers.
We are small dog-friendly (no cats though, sorry). If you would like to bring your dog, you will pay a $75 non-refundable pet fee. We will charge you an additional cleaning fee if we find extra messes left behind after you check out. There is no fenced in yard.

General Rules:
No Smoking or Vaping – This includes tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes inside the home. A cleaning fee of $500 minimum will be charged for any violations and possible eviction.
No Parties or Events – Gatherings beyond the number of booked guests are not allowed. Any unauthorized events may result in immediate cancellation without a refund. Up to $2,000 fine plus any damage to the property
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM – Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially at night.
Pets:
Dogs are welcome! (No cats allowed) – A nonrefundable $75 pet fee applies per stay.
Pets are NOT allowed on furniture or bedding. Any excessive pet hair, dirt, or damage found on furniture or bedding will result in additional cleaning fees.
Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
Please clean up after your pet inside and outside the property.
If dog waste is found in the yard after checkout, a $50 cleanup fee will be charged.
Pets should not be left unattended for long periods unless crated. Any damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility.
Unauthorized pets will be fined at $250 plus any associated cleaning or damage fees.
Guest & Visitor Policy:
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
No unregistered guests or visitors beyond those included in the booking.
Housekeeping & Cleanliness:
Please wash dishes and leave the home in a generally tidy condition upon checkout.
Trash day is Monday. Roll the trash bin to the street on Sunday night, as pickup happens early in the morning.
Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins before departure.
If anything breaks or is damaged, kindly notify us immediately.
Excessive cleaning: $150 per hour for additional cleaning
Parking:
Off-street parking are available.
Please do not park directly in the yard or on landscaped areas.
Lockbox & Access:
There is a lockbox on the front door and an additional lockbox on the property.
If the smart lock batteries wear out or you lock yourself out, please contact the host, and we will provide you with the lockbox code.
Water & Septic System:
The home is on a septic system – Please only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or anything else, as it could cause plumbing issues.
The home is also on a well water system.
Water pressure may fluctuate, especially if multiple fixtures are in use at the same time.
Water may have a natural mineral taste due to the well system.
In freezing temperatures, please leave one faucet dripping overnight to prevent pipes from freezing.
