First sea line, 100 meters from the beach, beautiful apartment in the best area of Puerto del Carmen, in one of the first complex of apartments that existed in this tourist town and therefore of Lanzarote. This means that it is located in the area with the best climate and beaches on the island.
Although the apartment dates back to the seventies, and has just been completely remodeled, it retains all the charm of the buildings of Lanzarote, of the time and is fully equipped with the demands of today.
