Located on the elevated plateau of Talmont Heights (above the Sunnyside area), and with filtered lake views, is Talmont Viewpoint, a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, partially remodeled A-frame home with access to the Tahoe Park HOA Beach/Pier.
This beautiful cabin offers a spacious entryway to put your sports equipment and seasonal toys or an area for kid's play. Two bedrooms are located on this level, one with a queen bed and one with two twins (in a trundle format) as well as a shared remodeled bathroom. There is also a laundry room and foosball table on this level.
On the main level, you will find the old Tahoe pine wood interior and very cozy livingroom with a wood stove, an ample kitchen with all the necessary amenities, and a large dining area for hosting friends and family. Please know this home does not have a dishwasher. There is access to the front deck for lakeviews and bbqing. This level also offers another full bathroom.
In the top peak of the A-frame are tucked two additional bedrooms and a half bath. One room with a queen rustic pine framed bed and the other with two twin size beds and lakeviews.
With this lovely mountain cabin comes seasonal access to Tahoe Park HOA amenities (private and gated beach, pier, picnic and games areas) for you and your group to enjoy!
The road up to the Talmont neighborhood is steep and curvy so we strongly recommend a 4WD vehicle with snow tires (or bring chains with you) during winter months.
