Bereits vor 140 Jahren stand an derselben Stelle das Altenteil-Haus vom Menkenhof-Bauern. Es liegt wunderbar romantisch in einen Bauerngarten eingebettet und bietet zwei exklusive Ferienwohnungen auf zwei Etagen. Hier finden Sie alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Auf großzügig eingeteilten 120m² Wohnfläche befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, zwei Badezimmer, eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Eckbank und ein Wohnbereich. Dort erwartet Sie in der 5-Sterne-Ferienwohnung "Wiese" eine gemütliche Bauernstube mit Kachelofen und "Sitzbankerl" und in der 5-Sterne-Ferienwohnung "Sonne" ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit gehacktem Sichtdachstuhl und einem Kachelofen mit "Sitzbankerl" für behagliche Stunden. Von dort gelangen sie auf die Terrasse bzw. den großzügig geschnittenen Balkon, die zum Frühstück am Morgen, zum Nachmittagstee oder "einfach so" zum Entspannen und Verweilen einladen. Genießen sie den herrlichen Blick auf weitläufige Wiesen und die wunderbare Bergwelt. Oder schnallen Sie sich ihre Langlaufski an und laufen einfach los! Wir haben beim Bau unseres Chalets besonders viel Wert auf gesundheitsbewusste Bauweise und natürliche Materialen gelegt. So sorgen u.a. Holzdielenböden und Ziegelwände mit Naturkalk für ein besonders angenehmes Wohnklima. Zur Abrundung eines erlebnisreichen Urlaubstages finden Sie im Untergeschoss eine finnische Sauna mit Ruhebereich. Dort finden Sie auch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen etc. Ebenfalls im Untergeschoss steht Ihnen ein Skiraum zur Aufbewahrung Ihrer Wintersportausrüstung zur Verfügung. In nur wenigen Schritten Entfernung befindet sich unser Blindauer "Semmelhäuschen". Hier können Sie sich täglich mit frischem Gebäck und allem was Sie für Ihr Frühstück brauchen versorgen! Im Sommer ist unser Haus Ausgangspunkt vieler herrlicher Wanderungen und Bergtouren. Im Winter befinden sich romantische Winterwanderwege, Loipen, Naturrodelbahn, Sprungschanze, Snowtubing und Skilifte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
