Positive: The property has beautiful surroundings, full of artwork. The property uses high quality kitchenware with brands. There is a playground.

Negative: If you are coming in after the check-in time (13:00-16:00), you have to pay 20 EUR for every hour that you are late. Kitchenware are branded like Le Creuset plates and cups (for example). It can be expensive if you break them. My sister-in-law was stressing out when she initially could not find the missing spoon, but eventually we found them! There's also mosquitoes, so bring repellant. The property is near the train tracks. It is not noisy (at least i didn't hear anything), but could be a potential danger to the kids if they wander a bit out of the property from the playground if unattended, as there is no fence between the woods and the railroad tracks. There is a swimming pool but only for private use and not included in the facilities.
