Summary: It is a well loved old farm house, with dated but comfortable furniture and appliances. Upon arrival there was a noticeable smell (we just purchased an odor eliminating air freshener to cover). The bunk house had a musty off-putting smell, so we opted not to use it. We didn't use the hot tub as we couldn't figure out how to turn it on/off. It is a no outlet street that is very busy. The traffic greatly exceeded the 20mph speed limit. We also encountered a gentleman on a golf cart who went by us then turned around and came back with his camera pointing at us. Assuming he was taking pictures or a video. When doing the required load of laundry before departure the washing machine seemed to be stuck in the rinse/spin cycle (we started it at 6:00am and it wasn't done at 8:00 am). We reached out to the owner to let them know. Overall the property served our purpose and we had a comfortable stay.
