Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.
Above all, have a great stay. We love our first-time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay.
Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly. Please take precautions against COVID prior to travel.

Note, the gravel driveway to the cabin is not suitable for motorcycles and sports cars.
