Welcome! We invite you to bring your friends and family into our beautiful San Diego home for a relaxing stay! Our home is in one of the city's truly special historic neighborhoods. We are centrally located with easy freeway access and quaint shops and boutiques within walking distance. From the moment you walk through our gate, past the rose garden and into the living room, you will feel right at home. Our dining area is rustic elegant, with its exotic slab wood dinning table, wine bar, sky light above the crystal chandelier, and original 1917 built-ins. In the kitchen you will find a hammered copper sink, chiseled edge granite counters, chandelier and high-end stainless steel appliances. Our over-sized original bay window overlooks a beautiful flowering vine just outside. In this area you may enjoy morning coffee or tea. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with original pieces of art work and furnished in beautiful antiques. Comfortable full sized beds with 'pillow top' mattresses , cozy pillows and linens. WiFi & central air condition throughout. Our award winning master bath is filled with custom stone, cabinets and lighting. While the central bathroom has another bay window overlooking the back garden area with plenty of counter space.
Mission Hills is just above old town where you can walk to many shops, restaurants, trolley station, or catch the old time trolley car for a tour. A step out the front door is a lesson in history; a variety of historical homes built by craftsman long ago. At night you can walk to Presidio Park and view the Sea World fire works show. The oversized front porch with cozy chairs is a great location for morning coffee or evening wine while surrounded by roses. The location does not get any better than this. We are located on a quiet street with ample parking. Whether you are here to work or play, enjoy your stay!
