This newly decorated and modern luxury beach home is in BLOCK 1 on Derondo, just TWO houses from the sand!
Surrounded by palm trees, this beautiful coastal style, 3-story beach home is the perfect personal oasis for your family’s vacation. The front of the home has a wide front path lined with potted tropical plants and garden lights that guide you to the front entrance framed by large picture windows that light up the home with soft natural light. Decorated with a modern tropical color palette; the soft muted turquoise, cream, and beiges will make you feel like you’ve stepped into the pages of a luxury travel magazine.
The home's second story boasts an expansive balcony with comfortable armchairs inviting you to settle in and spend lazy afternoons under the overhead fans.
The kitchen is a showstopper with its light kitchen cabinets and sparkling counters. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator with a water dispenser and ice maker, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a dishwasher.
Situated in the large living room is a round, pedestal dining table with seating for up to six and additional seating for three at the rustic wooden bar that runs along the back of the large living room sofa.
The main living room is an elegant yet cozy room with a large comfortable sectional. We won’t blame you if it becomes your favorite spot for a midday nap under the breeze of the palm-leaf ceiling fan. There’s also plenty of room for you and your family to cozy up around the large flat-screen Smart TV and enjoy your favorite show or play games. An additional living space on the third floor offers gorgeous ocean views.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the house was just as pictured on Blue Swell's website, even down to the parking spot. We were pleased that we were able to seamlessly pull right into the spot. The pictures and directions provided made it easy for us to identify the house. The floor plan allows for plenty of privacy between the sleeping areas, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy for larger parties than ours (we had just 4 people). When we had a question, we were able to get ahold of the owner immediately. We did not have any issues to speak of during our stay. The master bedroom has it's own exterior door, which was convenient access to the vehicle. There is also shaded space for sitting and relaxing. Additionally, it is convenient for access to the beach separate from the main front door. The placement of the house creates a layer of privacy from the neighbors, as the front entrances and patios are not facing each other. The property was very clean and remarkably free of sand, considering it's close proximity to the beach. It is one of the very cleanest of properties we have rented in our experienced rental vacation history. We highly recommend this property to family and friends. It is a true gem, so close to the beach that it is just a short, easy walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are very polite, making it feel very welcoming. At night, when all is quiet, one can hear the waves as they come ashore. It is a peaceful place to stay, close enough to everything you could need or want, to enjoy a wide variety of adventures. We enjoyed parasailing and Crab Island, a tour and shopping trip to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. We also went for a fun airboat ride on our way back to the airport. We also enjoyed the sheer beauty of the water and the beach, and spent many hours relaxing and playing in the sand and surf.
