Enjoy the warm Florida sunshine in this bright, eloquent, roomy villa with over 2100 sq feet, of covered living space + large lanai.
This Large 3 bedroom custom build home, is located in the golfing community of Rotonda. Beautiful tile floor throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and hallways and stylish carpet in the three bedrooms. The open concept kitchen leads into a large entertainment sit up bar, plus a sitting area and large dinner table . Loaded with extras, the home has 2 full baths, large eat in kitchen, dining, family ,laundry room and 3 bedrooms . The large master suite with sliding doors to the pool area, also features large walk in closet, huge dual bath and roman style shower. The other two bedrooms have Queen size beds with a 4 piece bathroom between the two bedrooms.
The great room has double panel pocket sliders that open up to the huge lanai that includes a private heated pool (with child safety fence), sundeck overlooking the beautiful views of the Rotonda waterways canal, outdoor eating area, two tables, sunbathing chairs and an extra empty lot to the side for added privacy and space. The large kitchen, boasts corain counters, ample cabinetry, breakfast bar and open seating area that can accommodate over 20 people. Kitchen comes fully equipped with large Fridge, self cleaning stove, dish washer, and Microwave oven. The home is fully equipped with furniture, linens, appliances and BBQ. The two car garage provides comfort and privacy for your vehicle. The house is nicely landscaped with flowers surrounding the front and the pool area.
If you enjoy fishing, the Placida pier is just 5 minutes away.. noted for the best Tarpon fishing in the world . If you like golfing , there's 5 Golf courses within 2 miles ... Long Marsh GC , the Hills, the Links, The Palms and Pinemoore. Other major golf courses such as River wood, Heron Creek and Charlotte National are close by.
You are just 10 miles from the world class Boca Grande & Englewood beaches, plus many marinas and public boat ramps. Siesta keys (#1 beach in the USA) and St Armand circle are 45 min drive. Movie theater, restaurants within 15 min ... in Englewood or Port Charlotte. Grocery, & Wine store only 2 minutes away.

Summary: this unit was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean home that met all of our needs for a family vacation. Great neighborhood, close to Parks and a short drive to the beach. Would definitely rent again.
