Just 10 minutes to Downtown Raleigh (DTR), 25 to the airport (RDU) and 5 min from Lake Benson and charming Downtown Garner, we hope our renovated basement can be your home-away-from-home! Totally private. Queen bed, full bath, living area and kitchen w/ high-end built-ins, great water pressure, tall ceilings and doors, closet built-ins, grill, even a private exit/entrance (you must be able to walk up/down a small grassy hill). All are welcome; LGBTQ+ friendly

Summary: Nice looking interior, bed needs replacing, mattress, entering place needs work, wife and I had to be very cautious walking down The slope to entry, would have liked a closet, and we are old school so we had no Tv because we dont srram or are joined with any services, need canle or dishwe had no closet
