Come enjoy the Lake Escape! This 3-story cottage style home is located in a quiet cove on Tellico Lake and features a private dock. Home offers 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, game room, open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Lake views throughout the home, a spacious wrap around deck and screened in porch invite you to relax and enjoy the lake scene.
The main living area is an open floor plan that features a beautiful stone fireplace, cathedral ceiling, living room with a wall of windows that view the backyard and lake. Just off the dining room/kitchen is the screened in porch, a perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee or a good book in the evening.
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king size bed, Smart Fire TV, adjoining bathrooms with whirlpool tub and separate shower. From the bedroom, sliding glass doors open to the large sun deck overlooking the backyard and lake.
Located upstairs, a cozy loft overlooking the living room includes a table that can be utilized for additional dining or a workspace.
The second and third bedroom are also located upstairs, both include Smart Fire TV's. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. The third bedroom accommodates up to six guests, offering two sets of bunk beds, twin on top, full on bottom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination is located on this floor as well.
The lower living area features a game room with a pool table, bumper pool table, board games, card games, sitting area with Smart Fire TV. Located on this level is a full bathroom with standalone shower.
