4 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Ocean View

The Newbury Regency recently has had a high end remodel with beautiful finishes and upgrades. Its located near the end of a cul de sac in a quite neighborhood with easy access to the Fwy. Hiking trials are less then a couple miles away and the beach only a 25 min ride through the canyon to Malibu. Our home is in walking distance to a park, stage coach museum, shopping centers and restaurants. A few miles away are horse stables where guided horse rides are available daily in the trails of the Santa Monica Mountains.
The kitchen is a dream with a open concept living space, fireplace and mini wet bar. It has a chiefs stove/oven, coffee station and large counter space for food prep and entertaining . Walk out from the kitchen/living area to the backyard for some outdoor eating or to enjoy the beautiful hillside mountain view.
The master bedroom has a large brick fireplace, private full bath with a walk in steam shower and soaking tub, a double sink vanity and walk in closet. It also has a large 60" smart tv. You can enjoy your coffee in the morning or wine in the evening on the masters private balcony.
There are three more bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bath/shower combo and double sink vanity.

Summary: A perfect place to stay with family and friends. It had all the things we needed to make it a home away from home. As an overseas traveller we always hope that a property has everything and this one did. Every room was comfortable and had plenty of space. Being in a quiet location was perfect after our busy days visiting Santa Barbara or Los Angeles. With lots of shops close by it was easy to get everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
