-Please bring your own lake toys, life jackets, floats, fishing poles/bait, beach towels, and sunscreen to enjoy a great time at the lake!
-We do not allow parties, events, reunions, large groups/gatherings, or pets.
RESERVATION LIMITS:
-The maximum number of people that may come on the property is limited to the number of guests registered on the reservation. Even "visitors" must be registered as a guest, and total headcount must not exceed 7 persons. (Note: 6 persons 12 years and over max/reservation)
-Any persons not disclosed to host in reservation headcount will be charged at additional $150/person/day. This charge will be added to your account and must be paid to host within 1 hour of payment request to avoid immediate reservation cancellation. All guests/visitors coming to the property must be included in the headcount given to host.
-Must E-sign rental agreement sent from host before check in.
-For security, we monitor access and use of the property via video cameras that capture activity on the driveway, front and back doors, back deck, and the swim and boat dock. Any tampering with cameras will result in immediate loss of access to property.
