The first floor has an easy flow from room to room and includes a sunny eat-in-kitchen with sit-down table and breakfast bar where family and friends have plenty of room to gather while meals are being prepared, a living room with TV/DVD player and basic cable, a dining room that seats 8+ and has a piano, and a family room with a cozy wrap-around couch. There is a half bathroom on the first floor. Enter the first floor through a large mud room with washer and dryer from the back side of the house or the comfortable front porch where you can grill on the gas grill and eat outdoors on the outdoor table that seats 8. From the dining room you can head up the stairs to the four bedrooms which share a full bathroom with a double sink. Two bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has two full beds and one has one full bed. Each bedroom has three large windows to let in the sun and provides views of the lovely Castle Hill neighborhood. Several windows offer mountain views over the neighbors' roof tops. The house features large front, side and back yards for an in town property - great for relaxing in the lawn furniture or playing outdoors.
