Please clean after yourselves and we will take care of detailed cleaning.
Throw away all opened food from REFRIGERATOR. Please only leave unopened items in REFRIGERATOR.

- If you leave FOOD / SPICES / COFFEE, please make sure its not rancid.
-IF YOU MOVE FURNITURE, put them back to their original position.
TURN OFF LIGHTS, FANS, ACs AND UNPLUG ALL SMALL APPLIANCES (COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, ETC.) TURN OFF ALL FAUCETS & LET US KNOW OF ANY RUNNING TOILETS OR LEAKS.
LOCK & CLOSE THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND KITCHEN DOORS, GARAGE DOOR AND OUTSIDE GATE. DOUBLE CHECK FOR ALL YOUR BELONGINGS.

HOUSE RULES:
1. LOCALS: Locals MUST communicate with us before booking. We do not allow our guests to invite other locals to drop by as we consider this an event and/or gathering.
2. NO EVENTS/PARTIES: Entire deposit of $550 will be charged when we find out there are many people entering the property as there is a front door and back camera. The event / party will be broken up by the police.
3. OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES: ONLY 8 people can stay at this property that you have informed us about. There cannot be any more than 8 people in and on the property at any time. Any more guests not approved will lead to removal of all guests without a refund.
4. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: The guests will respect and follow community guidelines in keeping noise levels to a minimum due to proximity of the neighbors. If you are having some sort of celebration and need a home where you can party, play music or make a lot of noise, this is NOT the Home for you. Absolutely NO noise after 10pm. No events or parties.
5. NO SMOKING MARIJUANA, CIGARETTES, VAPES - Smoking fee of $400 will be charged.
6. SELF-CHECK IN WAIVER: This is a self-check in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow instructions provided by Airbnb through the house manual. You can find your house manual inside the house in a folder. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host before reading the House Manual.
7. FEE SCHEDULE: a. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. $200 dollar/day smoking fee. For each day you are staying in the property. b. $50 late check-out fee. c. Anything missing or broken that will cause an impact to the next guest will be charged d. Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. If there are any losses or items missing, this includes not following rules which leads to a refund and discount to the next guest, you are responsible and agree to pay in full.

9.
