You can access the beach right at the end of Philadelphia Ave. The walk into town is equally pleasant by simply walking down historic Columbia or corgi streets. Enjoy the beautiful views of Cape May sunrises and sunsets from deck off of the Master Bedroom. This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom and sleeps 8. The first floor has large living room, dining area, with attached enclosed patio/sunroom and a spacious eat in kitchen. The Second floor features a primary bedroom with king sized bed and private bath with whirlpool tub and shower. There is a large sun deck off the bedroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms on the second floor, one of which has a private bath and the other two bedrooms share the hall bath. There is plenty of space in the home where your group can spread our and get comfortable. The house sits on a large lot that is perfect for lawn games! **Enjoy the new, cooking range, dishwasher, and washer and dryer for the 2023 season!**There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway, plus plenty of free offstreet parking!The Garage has plenty of storage for beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys and bikes.
