Mountain living amenities include a large natural stone fire place, heated 2-car garage, 3-bathrooms, large family game room, chef’s kitchen, and outdoor living space with a bar-b-que, natural gas fire pit and huge hot tub. This mountain getaway is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular mountain views set in a lodge pole pine and aspen forest. It is just minutes from the family-friendly Granby Ranch Ski Resort, 20 minutes to Winter Park Ski Resort, and 20 minutes to Grand Lake. It’s the perfect Colorado high-country retreat close to so many outdoor activities, such as skiing, hiking, boating, snowmobiling, or four-wheeling.
Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight
ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties
No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily
Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
