The 1st floor roomy family room, with the large flatscreen TV, doubles as a 5th bedroom for 3 (Queen and Twin size pullout sofas). There is also a second master En Suite bedroom on the main floor with a Queen bed, full bath and sliding glass doors that open up to the big backyard.
Head upstairs and enjoy all the new renovations recently made to the home. The custom kitchen, dining and living rooms with 3 more bedrooms and 2 baths all rest on brand new wood floors. The beautiful gourmet kitchen with custom maple cabinets and water views has all new stainless steel appliances. Walk out on the deck with water views to enjoy your morning coffee. The layout of the upstairs is ideal for entertaining with an open kitchen, dining and living room. Off the living room is a cozy bedroom/3rd living room with a Queen sleeper. Quiet Waters Park, a county-managed park with trails winding through forests and past grassy fields, a children’s playground, 340 acres of beautiful park land, and an ice rink in the winter, is located right outside the neighborhood. As you drive into the neighborhood, you'll pass the Community Beach with a playground on the water, available to guests during their stay.
There is room for 4+ cars in the driveway. Located in a private neighborhood outside Annapolis, the area is home to locally owned restaurants and businesses. The charmer is ideal for families and friends coming in for that special Naval Academy or boat show event, or wanting to take in the sights and sounds of Greater Annapolis.
