Cozy, clean 3 bedroom 2 full bath mid century modern cottage with a detached, newly renovated 2 bed 1 bath guest house. Perfect for extended families. New appliances throughout are great for prepping family dinners and barbecues with the whole gang. The main house boasts a dine in kitchen open to a cozy living room all with spectacular lake views. The main house has 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 twin over full bunk room. The kids room is equipped with children’s toys and books. The refurbished guest house has a new full kitchen with seating at the island and open concept living area. Guest house has a full bathroom, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle. Between the homes is an outdoor living area with Solostove fire pit, large dining table,bistro lighting and gas grill. The backyard has a 6 person hot tub looking out over the water. 100 feet of private, pristine, sandy beach with plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, yard games, floating lily pad and stand up paddle board. 10 minutes to shopping, restaurants and the social district of Grand Haven. 20 minutes to iconic Holland.
