HOUSE Ideally located set back from the Paseo Maritimo of El Palo (second line) so avoiding all the noise yet just a few meters from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The house is in a typical fisherman's area. On three floors.
Ground floor, Kitchen,Family bathroom, Sitting room. There is a cupboard under the stairs that holds beach chairs, umbrellas , buckets and spades, Bats and Balls, Beach towels and mats.
Second floor,3 bedrooms all with air conditioning and shower room.
Third floor second kitchen with air fryer. Terrace with table and chairs and
Swinging Hammock .The terrace is partially glassed in with sliding windows so you can eat outside all year round.You can go up again to the top terrace which also has a table and chairs plus sun bed.It is an ideal spot to watch the sun set with a glass of wine .
It has views over the bay of Malaga.

The twin bedroom is quite small so more suitable for 2 children or 1 adult.

During the summer months it is extremely difficult to find a parking space.
Its a 20 minute bus ride into the centre of Malaga , buses run every 5 minutes its a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and the shops .
