Located on the private gated community of Harbor Island, this Oceanview, beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom and 2 full bath second floor condo unit will become your new favorite family vacation spot. Enjoy wonderful ocean views and the sounds of the surf from your private back deck. Relax on the deck with your favorite beverage in an Adirondack chair or enjoy outdoor dining with a table for four, all while enjoying the incredible views all around you! This unit is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your family vacation. Steps away from the unit is the beach path where you'll be on your way to enjoy sunny days with the family! This spacious unit is within walking distance to all amenities on Harbor Island- enjoy a game of tennis with the family, basketball, or take a swim in the resort pools. Just a few minute ride down the road is Hunting Island State Park/ Beach, this condo unit comes with a free park pass for all our guests to enjoy a day trip (or two) with the family! The King master bedroom is located on the second level of the condo. With amazing views of the ocean, a full private bathroom, and smart TV w/ cable, it will feel like your private retreat. Also on the this level is a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full private bathroom, and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms are spacious and bright with new linens! There is an additional twin mattress on the second level to be used either in the living area or the twin bedroom.
On the main level, the kitchen has plenty of space for you to cook your favorite family meals. There is modern appliances and kitchen essentials for you to utilize. The dining area has a table and seating for four. There is also a half bathroom located on the main level!
The living area is located on the main level and has plenty of room for your family to spread out and relax after a long day on the beach. With seating for all, a large Smart TV, DVD player, and cable, it won't be hard to find what to watch on family movie night! Right off the living area is sliding doors that open to the beautiful ocean views on your private back deck. We know you won't want to miss out on the lovely views here!
