Summary: This home is conveniently located to downtown and to trails. It is fully equipped with what you would need. Unfortunately, for our brief stay, the grass/lawn was unkept and roughly a foot tall. Additionally, the hot tub (which is why we rented the property) didn’t have a filter and smelled. It was chlorinated but needless to say, we didn’t use it as we had hoped.
