This 2 bedroom home is within eyesight of Fairview Beach and the Potomac River. Walk or golf-cart to 3 restaurants, a full service marina or lounge by the beach. This home is completely renovated from the studs ups; new hvac, walls, kitchen, appliances, bath... everything. Just minutes to 95 or downtown Fredericsksburg. We will post pictures as soon as the home is complete. Completely private home with washer/dryer, internet, TV, full kitchen, grill and golf cart rental available.. Spend the weekend or spend the summer. Boating, jet skiing, fishing, hiking and more, all within the community.
