Summary: While Marriott properties are typically a great stay with modern, updated rooms, I was surprised by the location of this one. The hotel is situated in a part of town that didn’t feel particularly safe, with transients lingering around the property and no visible parking lot security. Some areas of the property were well-lit, while others were quite dim, which added to the concern. Given the surroundings and lack of security presence, the price felt too high for the location. Unfortunately, this Marriott did not meet the expectations I’ve come to associate with the brand.
