Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were very welcoming and friendly and really helped us out a lot with storage for a wheelchair so we didn’t have to take it up and down stairs. Whenever you went into the reception there was always a hello and asking how we were, which felt like a nice personal touch.

Negative: The WiFi connection was a little iffy so we couldn’t use the Netflix or watch YouTube on the tv but apart from that everything else was fantastic

Summary: Memorable and thankful to have had this time in this beautiful place with my mum
