Move right into this fabulous waterfront house with beach and private dock located on the outer harbor in West Chop. The house offers a spacious great room with fantastic views of the sound. The screen porch is perfect for alfresco dining and lounging. Head right out to the beach stairs and down to private beach and dock where you can tie up a small boat with outboard motor. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. Step off the screen porch and grill on either gas or charcoal. The primary bedroom with ensuite bath and door out to it's own outdoor shower with water views, too. A 2nd outdoor shower is located close to the beach stairs for rinsing off the sand.
The other 3 bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, too. There is a study/office if you are working during your stay.
The grounds are professionally landscaped with lush shrubbery and trees.
