Located in the very desirable Lower Makonikey exclusive neighborhood . ONLY A 4 MINUTE WALK (0.2 of a mile) to the private residents only beach on Vineyard Sound!! Parking is also available at the beach. This large home has two floors, lots of windows, high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. There is a huge wrap-around porch and a deck, with an outdoor shower, new gas Weber grill,2 chaise loungers, cocktails table, also two dining tables ( 6 person and 4 person table), wicker rockers .The spacious, open living room has a built- in window couch with a wall of windows. ** There is a hammock to relax in the yard. Wi-Fi. Laundry room on 2nd floor. Just a short drive to town and the ferry. Lamberts Cove beach pass available ( tenant must buy).Access to walking trails and tennis! Dogs are welcome--no extra charge.
